We had an issue as well with booking another cruise onboard and I tried regular customer services then emailed them again copying Paul Ludlow into it.  They hadn't carried through the booking as I had requested but when it got sorted out, P&O Southampton honoured the £50 pp deposit and the extra OBC as if I'd booked onboard

Have been grateful for the advise given on this thread ,do not think it will advance my situation, by giving publicity to the problem that occurred, on board,which resulted in no sales.

Have no doubts that it will be resolved satisfactory.

Am aware that we will be on the same cruise in April.
