Main Dining Room Menus

Does anyone know if the Main Dining Room menus are shown in advance on your cabin TV?  If it matters, we will be on the NCL Escape.  Thanks in advance for your help.

No, they are not shown. NCL has a set of 14 MDR menus that the ship's executive chef will select from for each week's cruise. Those are selected and provisioned several weeks in advance. What they served last week will definitely not be exactly the same next week.

They do post the menu right outside the MDR door each day early in the day.  Not much advance notice, I know, but I have gone by early in the day to see what's being served if I am debating eating elsewhere (or thinking about the option of changing reservations around).

To say "what they served last week will definitely not be exactly the same this week " isn't true. It may not be the same, but it can be the same and it's not that unusual for it to be the same. It depends on the executive chef's choices and the availability of specific provisions.
