KruzinKiwi Posted December 30, 2019 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2019 I had the same question because we had paid for priority boarding and submitted a bid for a haven stateroom. I called NCL and they said to call and ask for it to be refunded if we get the haven stateroom. I don't believe they will issue a refund without the phone call.
