Coffee Question

On Ruby earlier this month Room Service weren't answering their phones on embarkation day.

I went to Guest Services who very brusquely told me to ring Room Service. Apparently they are the only ones who can do this.

Unfortunately by then it was time to shower and change and head to the Safety Briefing so I didn't get a chance to talk to our cabin steward about it, but I suspect he might have been the best bet - he may have had a secret method of contacting Room Service.

I did get hold of Room Service first thing next morning. They came around immediately, cleared out the minibar, and the coffee cards arrived on our account just in time for DH to order his breakfast espresso. Phew!

Princess should have a section in their passenger profiles where you can specify what you want in your minibar or if you want coffee cards instead. That would make things much more efficient.
