Courtyard Restaurant for Lunch

We will be in OSJ in February and looking for a courtyard or patio type restaurant with ambiance.  There will be 8 of us, including 4 kids, so nothing too fancy or expensive.  Just looking for a pretty setting with decent food.  Thanks for any suggestions you have!

Punta de Vista on the rooftop at Hotel Milano on Calle Fortaleza. Wonderful city views.

El Asador on Calle San Francisco has a nice courtyard. 

Ostra Cosa on has a patio.

Sure there are others in OSJ. Plus several beach side places in Condado, a taxi ride away.
