BoatsandTrains Posted January 7, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2020 We have t sailed Cunard in 5 years but will be doing East bound in April and Westbound in May. I was wondering what kind of fitness classes are offered on board. Thanks!
Canuker Posted January 7, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2020 (edited) Here is a list of fitness classes that took place on a Queen Elizabeth voyage, Q917 to Alaska, 10 nights, June 10 - 20, 2019. Notes: 1. $ means the class is not free and requires pre-signup. 2. An item stating "5 am" means there were 5 classes during the voyage, all in the morning (most morning classes are between 07:30 am and 09:30 am). Afternoon classes are usually around 5:00 pm. 3. Not included: dance classes (ballroom and line) and sport events (e.g. paddle tennis). 4. Classes usually last 20 - 30 minutes. 5. Large classes are held in the Queens Room, the rest are in the fitness centre studio or gym. Abs 1 pm Abs & legs 1 pm Band & body 1 pm Chairobics 4 am Circuit $ 2 pm Pilates $ 4 am, 1 pm Spinning $ 1 am, 1 pm Strength, feet 5 am, 1 pm Stretch 8 am Yoga $ 2 am, 3 pm Zumba 5 am Edited January 7, 2020 by Canuker

lissie Posted January 8, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 8, 2020 I'm assuming something similar happens on the QE? How much are the chargeable classes?
