Who are you renting from?

National, Alamo, Thrifty and Enterprise offer shuttles between their MIA airport location and POM.

Hertz, Avis and Budget have locations in downtown Miami, close to POM and usually offer shuttles.

We returned our rental to MIA at about 9:45 am went upstairs got on a shuttle that took us to the port with our bags.  We had to wait about 5 min for the shuttle to leave.  We were the only ones on the shuttle so we went directly to our ship.  Very easy.  We had rented with enterprise.  Also rented with enterprise on our return which was easy as well were told to go right for the shuttle when we got off but didn't see one so went left got on one that then stopped where we were told to go but we got seats as the bus was full when it made the next stop.  Again pretty easy just not as super easy as taking it from MIA to the port.
