yes at the time we traveled on  the Shadow, it had NOT gone through its recent refurbishment, but NOW that it has, it’s probably even nicer .

I am following this thread with interest as we are considering a voyage on Silver Shadow in 2021.

 

We have sailed rccl, celebrity, azamara, oceania and more recently Crystal.  We have enjoyed all of them but prefer the smaller ships.  We are looking to sail next January for a milestone birthday and are unable to find a sailing that fits on Crystal.

Hi Bobolz. Got it - we’re boarding on Friday so have really high hopes.  From what I’m reading on here it looks so promising.  We’ll be on board for a long time so I’m hoping it still has the “homey” feeling.  Stay tuned.  Thanks to all who have posted about the Shadow, it’s been so helpful.
