How To Use Non-Refundable OBC?

I'm not up to date on how rules have changed and I came up empty with a search.

Can shareholder OBC be used for the daily service charge?

Can other non-refundable OBC be used for daily service charge?

If not, can it be drawn out of the casino for a fee and how is that done?

Any OBC can be used for any onboard charges, including gratuities.

You can go to the casino and get a cash advance against your onboard account.  Don't mention OBC, just ask for a cash advance.  They may give you a ticket for machine play which you can put in a machine and immediately cash out.  They will normally charge 5% for the cash advance.

They automatically use your nonrefundable obc first and then refundable.   You don't have to do anything.
