Great Stirrup Cay info

We're stopping at Great Stirrup Cay on our Bliss cruise next month. Can you tell me what is available there? We're not interested in available excursions. Is it just a beach day with loungers and umbrellas? Is food included on the island? Is there a volleyball court available? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Beach day. 
 

If you have a drinks package, it will work on the island.
 

They serve a buffet lunch. picnic food.
 

There are lots of loungers on the beach, but only a few umbrellas. The island offers little shade. If you have a ShoreEx credit, you can get a clamshell shade for free on the island. But, you need to sign up on the ship as soon as you embark since the clamshells will sell out.
