Just wondering. We are doing Silhouette 12 night March 15th I’m thinking second night of cruise which is a sea day would be the first Chic night. Not sure what night would be the second one. Trying to figure out which night I want to go to a specialty restaurant. Thanks in advance for any help. 🍾 🌴 🍷

The first Evening Chic Night, as you surmised, should be the 2nd night of the cruise.  The second Evening Chic Night should be the next-to-the-last night of the cruise (11th night) which falls on a sea day.

If the second night is a late port then it won't be the chic night.  Especially if you have a sea day next - they'll move it to the third night.

OP's cruise has 2 sea days at the start and 2 at the end so second and penultimate is a good bet.

Thanks, second chic🌴 night should be no problem we leave Nevis at 4:00 🥂

But still, as mentioned in post 2, it may or may not be that night. It's often difficult to get back to the ship after a beach day and get ready in time for Chic night. It may very well be a sea day, just so you know. If you are looking at a specialty restaurant, maybe go for a late port night when it might not be so busy there as people are still not back to the ship.

What happens in the event that the second night is a late port arrival and subsequent late departure. Most excursions seem to run to 8pm.

This is how the first Evening Chic night was handled when the second day of an extended cruise (longer than 7 nights) visited a port. It was moved to the next night which was a sea day.

Also note how the second Evening Chic night was moved up a day because the next to the last night of the cruise was a port day.

Thanks @mahdnc  That sounds like what happen with ours. Although it will be 4th night sea day. Second to last night sea day. 11 night Med cruise. These are the nights lobster is offered?

Yes,--during that GBR cruise, the broiled lobster tail was served in the MDR on that second Evening Chic Night.  And that was the only night it was offered.

A stupid question.

What's the Chic night, for us first time cruisers?

Here is the official Celebrity flyer on this subject: link

And here is an FAQ that Celebrity issued back in 2015 when the Evening Chic concept was being rolled out: link
