can i transfer from my travel agent to rccl also can i change my cabins if i call rccl if i booked through a travel agent . rccl is saying their office is closed but the say they are open at 900est and its 945.:(

WIll need to "release" the booking to RCI, so you may need to have them involved in the transfer. Depedning on when you are going, you may need to cancel and rebook but beware of a cancellation fee from your TA

You can normally transfer your cruise booking from your TA to RCCL. Be aware however that the TA has to allow this and depending on their attitude may drag their heels and/or refuse to do so.

 

Regarding the changing of cabins that is normally OK unless the price has changed, you are chaing categories, you are inside the window where cancellation penalties apply. I've found if you are outside the cancellation window and keeping within the same category you normally won't have a problem.
