BOGO Deals...What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone tried to book a NCL BOGO deal? The site says that the second guest is half off in an oceanview or higher. I made a mock booking and could not get the 50% off to work. Here is the link to the promo: https://www.ncl.com/cruise-deals/bogoho

I agree, looks like it's a UK deal only.  Using VPN, I can see it but not US site.

Ah, thank you. I somehow missed that. Why it's advertised on the US site is beyond me. I don't even know how I navigated there. I've never even seen NCL fo BOGO before.
