Edge - how far out to get into booking

Booked Edge for a year out from now.  We have opted for Select Dining - how far out will the website allow us to start booking for the various 4 MDR reservations?  Our names are there, but when we go to select restaurant - nothing happens.  Restaurant choices to not appear.   Guess we are trying too early?  Thanks for any information on timing on when this will open - how much time before the cruise is the earliest we can book?

We're sailing on Apex on April 24, 2021. Our MDRs opened for reservations in Cruise Planner just around Christmas Day 2019, i.e. almost exactly 16 months out. So they should be available for you, if sailing about 1 year from now. You can try using another browser or incognito/private mode, this sometimes helps with the numerous various errors people are experiencing on Celebrity's website.
