Singapore - Dubai Ovation

We decided to risk the Iranian problem and pay for the cruise then a few days later the Chinese virus crops up😎

As the Ovation has been pottering around that area for a little while before it heads back to Dubai I was wondering what measures they have put in place to protect the ship. Anyone know?

I read just now that various cruise lines are deciding to not sail to China.  Seabourn was not mentioned in this new report, nor was Carnival Cruise lines.  I'm sure that these kinds of decisions are in flux.

We are on your cruise and share your concern. Some good info and perspective on Crystal and Regent board, I assume last nights CDC announcement will force some changes in schedule as previous legs in HK.

We are scheduled to embark in Hong Kong 2/29 and end in Dubai.  Just talked to Seabourn and they said that at this time they are still going ahead with the Asia ports.  In light of the virus escalating, it would seem prudent for them to cancel these cruises or ports for the safety of their passengers and crew.  I am very concerned!
