NCL free flight experience

We booked a deviation  using  the NCL Airfare program for our  British Isles cruise and were informed that the transfer would be voided for the new flight time. They will transfer us back from the  ship, but getting to the ship, since we will be there a day early, will force us to book our own transportation from  London to Southampton.

Just an idea, could you have them put it back on, then day of return to the airport and get on the transfer there? Many hotels offer free shuttle to/from airport.

I cancelled my NCL air but kept the transfers. I’m going a day early and just have to go to the airport to get the bus. I’m staying at the airport and the NCL rep just put in an arrival time as though I were arriving that day.

For those that used the NCL provided flights, is there a sign or meeting area?

 

Last time flying into Miami I wasn't looking for anything other than baggage and the rental car...This time we have the NCL provided transport to the ship.

 

There will be 7 of us so I am assuming, nothing personal, but at least a sign that says "NCL Meeting area" or "NCL transport"

There will be one or more "greeters" somewhere near the baggage claim/shuttle area.  Look for someone with a NCL clipboard.  If you can't find them, you can usually ask at the information desk in the ride/shuttle area.

As soon as you get your luggage, put on your NCL tags - you need to do it before you get on the shuttle anyway and it will help the greeters (and other passengers) find you.

Thank you for that.  Wasn't even thinking it would go from the shuttle to the ship...Makes sense, not sure why I didn't think about that.
