Freedom of the seas Aft cabins- Noisy or lots of movement?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if Freedom has issues with ash on those aft balconies?  We had an aft 2 bedroom suite on Adventure a few years ago and the ash on the balcony was a pain to deal with.  If you forgot to wipe off the chairs before sitting down you stained your shorts.  We were constantly wiping off the chairs and table.

We've stayed in 3 or 4 aft balconies on Freedom class, absolutely no issues with ash. You are kind of enclosed with ship superstructure that does interfere with your view, but not enough to spoil the huge balcony.

Has anyone stayed in the new balcony cabins on deck 12?

Do you mean the spacious ocean view rooms towards aft (other side across form Johnny Rockets and Ocean Adventure)?  We booked one of these for the size of the room for a decent price....but no balcony if these are the ones that you mean.  I'm wondering too if these are noisy and what they are like.

yes, those must be the ones.  Thought they had a balcony must have been looking at something else.
