No, you will retain the OBC for booking on board.

Don't know about the UK residence impact on this, but in the US, you have 60 days (or the final payment date) to transfer your booking to a TA without losing the on-board-booking-bonus-OBC. And in the US, you can have the booking repriced to a lower price up until the final payment date.

 

However, if the online price is lower because the TA is offering a group rate, that might complicate the issue.
