Baltic Cruise

We have booked the 2 day Grand Tour with Alla Tours in St Petersburg for our summer cruise this year.

 

Really looking forward to it, just one question.. does anyone know if we are allowed off the ship in the evening to wander ourselves, given that we are booked onto an organised tour the following day?

Your tour ticket confirms to immigration that you are on a group visa, so I am not sure whether they would allow you out independently or not.  It is however worth noting that the cruise docks/terminals are not close to the city centre and (unless it has changed significantly since I was last there) there is nothing of interest at all in the vicinity of the terminals.

Unfortunately you are not allowed to wander around unless you have your own Visa.  If you check CC/ports of call/europe/northern ports  you will find lots if very useful information.
