Handicapped shuttle service

You can buy an accessible transfer from the cruise line. That is your best bet. there are accessible vehicles there, but they are limited and on departure days the cruise lines have them all tied up. There are not as many as in Miami (they are all private shuttle vans -- not accessible taxis)

In San Juan, we booked transfers through Celebrity and they provided us with a van with a wheelchair lift.

However, be sure to get it in writing or in an email. Often what the front office promises does not reach the shore staff. When we reached San Juan, the staff knew nothing about it. Luckily, I was able to pull out the email so they called the accessible van for us.

You might try South East Shuttle they have lift. I will be using them on Feb 20th. They were very profesional on the phone and seamed to care about the person in the chair (me) not just taking stuf to the port. Hope this helps.
