Yes in my opinion it is a mirror image of GastroPub.  Located in the same place, very similar menu items and the GastroPub took around 20-30 mins to get food due to distance from the kitchen!

Yes.  Last year, Gastro had the same menu.

I've seen beer on tap filled from the bottom up in California.

They have Craft Social on Apex as well but when I was on the ship back in September, they told me that they were not serving food at the Craft Social (even though there was a food menu available in the app). Good to see that Equinox is different.
