New to HAL - Specialty Restaurants/Gala Nights

I did a search and wasn't able to find exactly what I needed, but we're sailing aboard HAL (Eurodam) for the first time in June this year.  We are wanting to book Pinnacle for my birthday (16th), that much is a given, but I'm a planner and like to plan everything way beforehand, including where we will eat each night.  Another CC member here posted that he prefers to eat in the MDR on Gala nights because the menu tends to be better.  So, we were hoping someone here could guess on when the gala nights might be given the following itinerary.  I assumed Sunday night would be the first, but don't have a guess as to the second.  I also noticed that Sel de Mer pop up is on June 17th based on the HAL website.  Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I will guess that your second Gala night would be Thur June 18. Because you  are leaving Ketchikan early.

I agree.  Usually first sea day and if there is not another sea day then an earlier departure day.
