Cabin changed with no notice?

We booked B2B2B while we were on a cruise.  We booked Obstructed Ocean View, and Cruise Next guys upgraded us to OA (Picture window) and were assigned OA on deck 8 for all 3 cruises.  We were offered to bid on upgrade on the first cruise and paid 7 weeks ago for an upgrade to a mini suite.  Just logged into myNCL, and cabin changed to a porthole on deck 4!

 

Jas anybody seen this?  TA has gone home for the day. This is on the Jade leaving on Monday.

sounds like you somehow lost your upgrade bid, your original available was no longer available and then norwegian put you anywhere

How could I lose it two months later?  BTW, this is the cruise out of Singapore, which was supposed to go out of Hong Kong.  I know it is not full.  People has been canceling right and left

I am a little confused by your wording and want to make sure I understand correctly:

 

You booked the cabin and then NCL upgraded you to an OA. Then you bid, won, and PAID NCL for the upgrade.

 

Now they have put you in a lower class room than your original booking?
