Hello Cruise Critic Community:

 

We are running a Q & A with Insure My Trip, a travel insurance comparison company. The topic is active, please post your questions in the topic linked here for ease of navigation. The focus of the topic is of course coronavirus, now known as COVID-19, and other questions will be answered, though it's possible those questions could be in the queue longer than COVID-19 policy questions. Wouldn't this be better placed in the Travel Insurance section of Cruise Critic, rather than the Australia & New Zealand section?

 

ETA:  Sorry - I missed the fact that there was a link to take one to the actual thread in the other topic.

No worries, and of course that makes sense. 

 

As this is a global matter and folks are planning travels from place to place all over the planet, it seemed like it definitely could not hurt to get it in front of more eyeballs. 

 

The more people who have access to the information, the more value the information has. If no one knows where it is or even that we have it, then it's not useful.

 

It's not an exciting topic, travel insurance, I grant you, but it is important. In a moment like we are experiencing now, it's helpful to give everyone easy access to information. And that's all it's meant to be, information, optional. Nothing more than that.
