Rare Liljo22 Posted February 22, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2020 (edited) Checked on the app this morning and Margaritaville is gone and American Diner is now showing up for the March 8th cruise. Edit: Margaritaville is still listed but both list the same location. Edited February 22, 2020 by Liljo22
Rare BirdTravels Posted February 22, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 22, 2020 Yup. It is a fleetwide change after NCL ended their relationship with Buffett.

The lobster roll looks pretty good, but I'm not sure about that flatbread.

I knew it was eventually going to change but was just posting that the Getaway looks like it’s getting changed this week.

The flatbread is delicious. Food photography doesn't always translate.
GettotheSun Posted February 22, 2020 #6 Share Posted February 22, 2020 I guess it will be American Diner when we are aboard. I was somewhat looking forward to having Margaritaville "for free" with the Haven on embarkation day. I wonder if they will allow Haven customers to have lunch at A.D. the first day...if not free, maybe 1/2 price? I would be tempted to try it...those lobster rolls do look really good! The nachos look tasty too (for nachos) and a reasonable size; the pictures I've seen of the Jimmy Buffett nachos didn't appeal to me - looked like a giant mountain of chips you would never finish (even if shared). The snapper sandwich on the American Diner menu sounds really good too...although makes me wonder about quality when the burger is more expensive than the snapper? Wordyways12 Posted February 22, 2020 #8 Share Posted February 22, 2020 Thank you for sharing this with pics and menu. We are on Breakaway in April and it has already changed over on the Website. My hubby was looking forward to Margaritaville on Embarkation day, but I think he will be pleased with this venue as well.

GettotheSun Posted February 22, 2020 #12 Share Posted February 22, 2020 They seem to be trying to push American Diner...now on my online Vacation Summary, AD appears as a "recommendation" on any day of the cruise I don't already have dining booked, LOL
