Shoreside concierge 5 night cruise?

Just wondering does the  shoreside concierge not contact suite guests on a five night cruise?  We are in a Royal coming up within two weeks and still haven’t heard anything. Usually they would have contacted us by now but we usually take much longer cruises. Don’t really have any special requests but I am curious.  Debbie

Yes -  they contact you usually with both an e-mail or phone call.    If you haven't heard give them a call.   You will at least need to advise them of your drink preferences and any other little request.    If you don't have the number just call Captain's Club and ask to be transferred.   For fastest answer press - New Booking.

We were contacted a week before our 5nt Infinity cruise in December. This made things difficult because we were on the Edge at the time. Regardless, I responded the day before the cruise and things were as we requested when we arrived.
