We are in a Royal coming up within two weeks and still haven’t heard anything. Usually they would have contacted us by now but we usually take much longer cruises. You will at least need to advise them of your drink preferences and any other little request. If you don't have the number just call Captain's Club and ask to be transferred. This made things difficult because we were on the Edge at the time. Regardless, I responded the day before the cruise and things were as we requested when we arrived.
