This is a general reply, as I haven't yet got the hang of doing individual ones.  Thank you all so much for the fantastic suggestions - I really appreciate it.  I had never heard of Crystal River Cruises, so will be looking into that as well as Med and Baltic ones.  I now have a much clearer idea of what's available - I know we will find something fabulous.
