Delayed Embarkation and the Key

So I splashed out for the Key on my Enchantment sailing coming up on Monday, in part because a sit-down MDR lunch from the Chops menu sounded pretty good. Today I get an email with this notice:

The U.S. Coast Guard will be conducting a mandatory routine inspection onboard before our boarding process may begin. As a result, check-in for our cruise will now take place between 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM.

Now I'm wondering if this means a late lunch, or a no lunch. I mean, we'll look for the expedited check-in and/or key kiosk, but it is Galveston, so I dunno.  Humph.
