Rotterdam-Cabin 2704 Main Deck

Quiet little spot, isn't it. I stayed in a cabin on Lower Promenade in almost the same location, and I liked it fine. It's fairly convenient to the dining room and Lido, and to the Internet Center. Not a bad walk to the lounges. The gym and Crow's Nest are a hike.

There's a nice deck right outside that hardly anyone will find. Last time I was aboard there were lounge chairs out there, too. And an outside staircase to reach Lower Prom (walking, muster drill, etc.).

The only time I had a problem with vibration or noise was a brief time when we were docking. And I needed to wake up anyway.

The previous year I was quite far forward on the same deck. Up there I felt the movement; aft I didn't.

IIRC, the biggest discussions about vibrations/movement at the aft concerns Vista-class ships.
