Fitness in the Spa

Sailing on the Maasdam shortly and was wondering about the fitness center. Are there aerobic classes? Step classes? Are they free or is there a fee? Read somewhere on the boards about a "fee for the cruise". Do I bring my bankbook with my spandex and shoes?

The usual fee for the classes is $11 per person per class. That could probably go up like everything else.
