i LIVE IN SPAIN AND DUE TO SAIL ON THE RADIANCE ON MARCH 31ST IN THE MED,  MOSTLY ITALIAN PORTS AND ISLANDS . MY DOCTORS ORDERS ARE NOT TO GO AS I I I AM MEDICALLY HIGH RISK WITH PROOF . CAN I GET A REFUND . A FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT IS NO USE TO ME A S I DO NOT FLY .  MY INSURANCE WILL BE VOID IF I DO NOT COMPLY WITH MY DOCTORS ORDERS

I understand (per John Heald's post on FB) that there are itinerary changes planned for the Radiance Italian ports. No information yet as to what those changes are, but should be announced fairly soon I would expect.

Sounds like you should file a claim with your travel insurer. That should cover all your losses since you have written validation from your Dr.

 Call whomever you booked with, as others have mentioned, insurance (if you purchased) is a no brainer.

I am sorry for your situation but I think people have to understand - no refunds are being given by Carnival. They cannot afford to do that - so no matter how heart breaking the story is the simple answer is no refunds.
