72 hour cancellation question

Still so undecided about whether I'm cancelling Saturday's cruise.  To get the FCC it says I must cancel at least 72 hours - is it 72 hours from boarding time (noon tomorrow)?

I do not know if it boarding time, sailing time, or calendar day. Why don't you make the call now and not push your luck? 

 

ETA: Be sure to leave a "time-stamped" message -- e-mail or phone -- WITH the Cruise Company and do not count on a Travel Agent to get it cancelled in time.
