Rinderoo Posted March 12, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2020 Anyone have nonrefundable air with Royal Caribbean and take the FCC under Cruise with Confidence? Wondering how they are handling that air and if the costs are going to the FCC, or if it is entirely nonrefundable. Haven't made the decision on this yet as trip is in late May. Thanks! Will my client’s air change fees be protected? Any guest who has secured air accommodations through each brand’s internal air program and now wishes to alter their plans can do so as follows: Refundable Fare: It’s simple - we’ll handle all re-accommodations and will cover all associated air change fees. Any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. If your client prefers to cancel, a full refund will be administered. Non-Refundable Fare: Please contact the independent air carrier directly for assistance in cancelling or changing your client’s flight accommodations. judycruiser Posted March 12, 2020 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2020 For non-refundable air fare, what happens with RCCL insurance? Will costs of change be covered by insurance? If cancelled, will entire fee be covered by insurance? Thanks
