Sea princess laundry rooms

We will be going on the sea princess next year and my husband was wondering if the laundry room is accessible. Need to know,cause it depends on what he packs. Any info would be apperciated.

No sure about the Sea Princess...but all of the laundry rooms on the 4 Princess cruises we have been on all have one step up into the room. ...plus they are very narrow...my w/c does not fit so my husband has done the laundry. Hope someone else can be of more help

I just got off of the Sea on 1-28-06. I was in a handicapped room on the starboard side of the Dolphin deck. The nearest laundry was about a twenty-second roll (if you're slow!) away. The doorway was a normal width but there is a bumpy thresthold. The laundry was free and there was an ironing board and iron in the laundry room also. I heard they sell detergent on the ship but I brought a small bottle of Tide. If you (or he) have any wheelchair-ship related questions, feel free to email me at joh@mn.rr.com. I had a great cruise!
