Teresa! Posted March 20, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2020 Hi everyone, I apologize if this has been discussed. There has been so much to keep up with these past few weeks! We chose the FCC option for our cancelled trip, and now, we have booked a similar itinerary for September. Yay! If for some reason that one is also cancelled, will I receive a new FCC/refund for the full amount of it, or just the amount we paid in cash (it's about $1000 more than the previous one)? I can't find any fine print that says FCC is not returned if a trip doesn't happen. Any help would be appreciated! I plan to call HAL later, but I don't know if I'll get through. Cruising-along Posted March 20, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 20, 2020 Just yesterday DH asked our PCC this question. He said the FCC will go back to your Mariner # and you can use it on a future cruise. Just so you book by the end of this year and sail by end of next year.
