Well supprise supprise update just got off the phone with Tui yes ye of little faith did get connected , very apologetic and friendly agent apparently our case was easy as they had all our details and we SHOULD receive our money back in max two weeks 🙄 apparently problem was that the day they took my details they closed the store and have now set up a system to return the twenty four thousand customers refunds. Think its good news but time will tell 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
