Cruisin4beaches Posted March 29, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2020 (edited) I sailed on the Conquest this past Feb. and had to make a cash deposit downstairs at check in. This is the first time I've seen cash taken not on board. Anyway thinking about doing a 3/4 B2B on Conquest and wanted to know if anyone has done it(with cash). I've done B2B before on Carnival and Princess. Carnival front desk told me account from first cruise had to be closed and a new deposit opened. Princess just rolled any leftover money to next cruise. I don't want to go back to check in to make a new deposit if I don't have to. Any ideas? I also don't want to do card deposit as I've had many problems with this on many cruise lines. coevan Posted March 29, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2020 We only use credit cards for the mileage. Carnival treats B2B as 2 separate cruises. You must clear your account. I didn't have to do anything they used the same card for both cruises.
