Gift card balance?

This may have been asked before. I had paid for a cancelled May 10th cruise and excursions and liquor with Carnival gift cards. I re-booked same cruise next year with FCC and OBC about 3 weeks ago. The new booking shows it is all paid and shows the OBC. I received an email saying excursions were cancelled. I have read that they can put refund back on card. When I go to the gift card website to try to check if they have put refund back all I get is error. I cannot get the security images to show. Anybody else have this problem?

John, they usually just issue a new g.c. for what they owe you, instead of reloading an already used gift card. It creates problems in the system to re-use the same pin #.

Carnival gift cards are not reloadable under any circumstances.  They will FedEx you a new one for the amount.  It is taking about 90 days.
