Babysitting services???

I know many many years ago Carnival offered babysitting services for a fee.  Do they still do that and if so do they offer it while in port?  We are traveling with a 4 year old and would like to go snorkeling and unfortunately she can't go.  Just wondering what our options are.

At four, she can go to the kids club which is usually open in port.

No babysitting services, but the kids club will probably be open.

She can stay in the kids club while you are off the ship. They will take her to lunch if you are gone during that time. We do that at least once each cruise so that we can do a non/less kid friendly activity.
