Windstar Newbie-Dining Questions

Hello,

 

I have a question about seating in the main dining room.  It will be just my friend and I on this cruise.  How does seating work in the main dining room?  Will they automatically put us at a table for two? Will they put us at a larger table?  Do you have to ask for a "sharing table"?

They will seat you where ever you like.  On the four ships we have been on have a number of tables for two.

Hi, There is no assigned seating so you can let the maitre'd know what your preferences are when you arrive to Amphora. Either a table for two or shared.

The maitre'd will usually ask whether you want to share. On our last cruise which was 31 days, we chose to share most nights but there were a few nights when we were tired and not that hungry so we opted to not share and skip appetizers for a shorter smaller dinner.
