RBKL Posted April 26, 2020 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2020 When our May 27th cruise was cancelled we were offered a refund or to apply the purchases to a future cruise for a 125% credit. We anticipated the cancellation so we had already cancelled all of our purchases. The refund back to our cc was done within a couple of weeks. Snit13 Posted April 26, 2020 #5 Share Posted April 26, 2020 When Royal cancelled my April 9 cruise I got my dining package and excursion money credited to my card within 2 days. I am still waiting for my cruise refund since March 17. They told me my day will come. I cancelled my dining package for my June 12 cruise today and most likely will cancel all of my excursions on May 1 as I can't in my wildest imagination conceive sailing in Europe on June 12.
