Royal emailed us twice about FFC...but

So we got an email saying great news your FFC has given to us.

then we got another email saying the amount was too low and they were fixing it . By May 14..

the thing is I have not found any prove of a FFC.  How do they send it to you?

I called after 2 hours on the phone, she said it would take few weeks to get the new one. The next day I got that email saying May 14, but haven't received any except my FCC for my cruise planner stuff

i checked my cruise planner , there is nothing there....

we got our FCC for cruise planner stuff also. I don't think we will get anything else

I got the same thing but for my FCC Cruise Planner . Got it on the 14th in the evening.

So I did get an email about the cruise planner..

My Travel Agent informed me this afternoon that these FCC delayed to first week of June. Hope so as Next cruise payment mid June
