blueskadoo Posted May 16, 2020 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2020 Hello everyone- getting enticed by these great prices but can't find a key piece of info. Is the cancellation policy still the same for the future months if I booked today? I'm considering an October cruise but if life got crazy (not covid crazy, just regular life stuff) would I be able to cancel? I know other lines are doing "cruise with confidence" and "lift and shift" but I'm not finding that sort of verbiage anywhere on Carnival's site. Thanks yall! Rare shof515 Posted May 16, 2020 #2 Share Posted May 16, 2020 carnival does not have those kinds of cancel policy like the other cruise lines. the regular cancellation policy is still in effect
a3593 Posted May 16, 2020 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2020 I had to call them and ask. You're right; it's not posted. My understanding of what I got from speaking with them is that sailings through September allow you to cancel for a FCC up to 30 days prior to sail date. They may have extended this past September at this point, since I last spoke to them right before the latest round of cancellations.
aaconsumer55 Posted May 16, 2020 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2020 Go to Carnival’s website and scroll to bottom and click on Ticket Contract. There you will find cancellation policy/rules.
