NOLA Mayor not allowing Cruise Ships in Phase 2

Been doubts Majesty would be returning anyway. Understand though, my Daughter has connection with Majesty. Sister Ship, Sovereign,  was my first and the First Mega Cruise Ships... Too early any these anyway, in few months anything can happen

So you dont think it likely to get to phase 3 in 2 and 1/2 months? A lot can change between now and sept 1st. But no idea... just saying that a pretty long time

Florida has ports in phase 2 - they have not reopened either. I would not expect cruises to sail until at least stage 4

If the phases are strictly adhered to, it would seem that cruise ships would be in phase 4 for NOLA.
