Can you tell me about obstructed balcony?

I never heard or saw any movement from the lifeboats or the davits.

I have had cabins in that area, and was never bothered by any smoke.  I WAS bothered by people above and off to the sides smoking on their balconies and flicking the butts down.  😡

So stay on port side... It is currently $1000 less for obstructed! Trying to decide! Its the Greece cruise and we found many of the European ports were industrial anyway so it might not be too bad.
