Perhaps you should have waited and let the cruiseline cancel.  

 

RCI canceled our May 2020 cruise and received our FCC's in approx. 30 days...I believe it's taking a bit longer now..be patient.

I just got a July FCC deposit that I cancelled March 11 last week.  Still waiting on refunds for 2 May cruises that Royal cancelled.

There seems to be no consistency in when people are getting refunds or FCCs. Our May cruise was canceled in April and we received a full refund in 7 days. Others have reported waiting 60 days or more.
