Was anyone successful in getting the airfare promotion transferred to their new sailing if you opted for the FCC credit? Thanks.

Nope.  Promos don't transfer, regardless of the method of payment.  I had 2 cruises cancelled with airfare (had nothing to do with COVID) and although I was able to negotiate a few perks because of the cancellations, airfare wasn't one of them.

Promotions are specific for the time of booking and never are “transferred “
