Cancel 1 person/hold out for OBC?

Sorry if this has been asked before.  Does anyone know if we have 3 people (sisters and mom) booked on a cruise mid October....if one person cancels out (mom) and the other 2 of us wait until our final payment date to decide what to do.....If Carnival does cancel before our final payment...will they let me take  my $ paid towards this cruise (deposit and $300 worth of gift cards so far)  as FCC (&OBC) to use on a booked cruise I have late Feb 2021 with my husband  and my sister take the full refund?  Or does everyone in the cabin have to choose the same option?
