Will Carnival allow you to apply the FCC from two cruises on a new cruise?

OK, second question since I may be in the same boat ( 🙂  ) as you. I have one that is Pre-covid (no OBC) and one that is during covid (current cancellation OBC they are giving) . should I apply the Covid ( with OBC) FCC first so the OBC gets applied then the pre-covid (no OBC). Hoping to get the OBC benefit on the new cruise!

I too have a Nov cruise and don't have high hopes of getting to go... 😞

Good question. I used FCC and OBC from my canceled TA Mardis Gras sailing to book a Norwegian Fjords sailing. Then it was canceled due to COVID.  I got to keep all OBC and FCC for the 3rd reschedule.  But they were continuously carried over so a bit of a different situation than two bookings being canceled.
