Now that NCL has suspended for November

They will be until they are allowed to sail by the CDC I assume.  No reason to start ramping up even tho the hold is to Oct 31st at this point. Like the CEO said will take min of 1 month to get everything in place once agreed upon to open up again.  We are not at that point in anyway it seems.   I dont expect anything thru this year anymore, hopefully by Jan they can start some short island ones, as long as the islands will allow passengers etc.  There is still no control on the virus and it is picking up again in many places around the world.  Think we are gonna be under new rules for a long time, hope not but will see.
